In 1997, the first guest house opens its doors in Roubaix.
Nathalie welcomes you there since February 2013.
This residence, a former manor house, which dates back to 1885, witnessed the industrial boom of Roubaix, then the world capital of textiles. It is located in a quiet street.
Ideally located, between the Villa Cavrois and the Swimming Pool, near the Barbieux Park, we are 20 minutes walk from Roubaix city centre. The metro station Epeule/Montesquieu (line 2) is less than 150 meters walking distance from l'Abri du Passant, you will be in the center of Lille in 15 minutes.

We are also close to the major schools: Edhec, Esaat, Esmod ...
If you travel by car, the parking is in the street, you can also rent the garage located in front of the house (door l 2,30 m, L 2,50)

Our rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
